[ArcelorMittal Spain Signs Record Energy-Savings Deal]

ArcelorMittal Spain and energy company Moeve signed an Energy Savings Certificate agreement covering 2.1 TWh of annual savings, the largest such transaction in Spain. The deal supports decarbonization at the Gijón plant, including a new electric arc furnace, and is expected to cut more than 1 million tonnes of CO₂ emissions annually.
