NASA to Launch ESA's 'Rosalind Franklin' Mars Rover via SpaceX in 2028

NASA announced on the 16th that it had initiated implementation work for launching the European Space Agency's "Rosalind Franklin" Mars rover in 2028, and plans to use SpaceX's Falcon Heavy launch vehicle to carry out the launch mission. The "Rosalind Franklin" rover plans to launch in 2028 to search for signs of past or present life beneath the Martian surface. ESA leads the implementation of this mission, responsible for providing the complete spacecraft system including the carrier module, landing platform, and Mars rover, as well as providing operational support for exploration activities on the Martian surface.
