Recently, Yongtai Digital Energy's official account announced the successful commissioning of a 30 MWh industrial and commercial ESS project in Weifang, Shandong, marking a new phase of large-scale application for battery cell-level early warning and diagnostic technology. With its "full-stack safety" capabilities, the company is driving energy storage systems toward intelligent and refined operation and maintenance, setting a new benchmark for safe development in the industry. Located in a large chemical industrial park characterized by continuous production and high electricity load, the project demands extremely stringent requirements for power economy, reliability, and stability. In response to the specific conditions of the chemical park, Yongtai Digital Energy tailored an industrial and commercial ESS solution. Through strategies such as peak shaving, valley filling, and demand management, the solution significantly reduces electricity costs. Additionally, it serves as a backup power supply, effectively preventing power quality issues such as voltage sags, ensuring continuous and stable production, and generating additional revenue through demand-side response.

1 Billion m²/Year Dry-Process Separator Project For Lithium/Sodium Batteries Lands In Nanning

Recently, Nanning Urban Construction Investment Group and Huahui New Material Technology Co., Ltd. signed an agreement for the lithium/sodium battery dry-process separator intelligent manufacturing project. The total investment for the project is approximately 500 million yuan. It plans to build a new production line with an annual capacity of 1 billion square meters of dry-process separators for lithium/sodium batteries. The project will introduce Guangxi's first new-generation dry-process uniaxial stretching and 4.2-meter-wide biaxial stretching battery separator production line. It is expected that upon reaching full capacity, the annual output value will be approximately 800 million yuan, creating 170 jobs, and establishing the first battery base film production base in Guangxi.
