SMM Flash News: Genesis Acquisition Corp. to Merge with Nusa Nickel Corp. for International Nickel Production

[SMM Flash News] Genesis Acquisition Corp. has signed a letter of intent dated July 23, 2025, to merge with Nusa Nickel Corp., an Ontario-incorporated company that owns and operates a producing lateritic nickel mine in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia. The transaction aims to create a publicly listed international nickel producer on the TSX Venture Exchange. Upon completion, the combined entity is expected to have approximately $1.95 million in working capital with minimum concurrent financing, sufficient to fund Nusa Nickel’s 12-month work program and project evaluations, and up to $2.5 million with maximum concurrent financing.
