[Lingyue Nanjing upgraded to BMW Group's "Global IT R&D Center" and established a new company]

Recently, BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd. officially signed a cooperation agreement with Jianye District, Nanjing, to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, "BMW (Nanjing) Information Technology Co., Ltd." The original Nanjing branch of Lingyue Digital Information Technology Co., Ltd. (Lingyue Nanjing) will operate independently. The new company, leveraging the leap in China's indigenous innovation capabilities, will become one of BMW Group's six global information technology R&D centers. It is also BMW Group's first and only information technology R&D center in China, as well as the Group's largest information technology R&D base in all of Asia.

Dongwha Electrolyte Selected for High-Manganese Battery Electrolyte Development Project

Dongwha Electrolyte announced on June 9 that it has been selected as the lead company for a project to develop key materials and cell manufacturing technology for 260 Wh/kg-class high-manganese lithium batteries. The specific task focuses on developing electrolyte manufacturing technology that suppresses manganese dissolution in high-voltage high-manganese batteries. The project will run for 45 months, from April this year to December 2029, with funding of KRW 6.5 billion for the specific task.
