On July 16, two residential land parcels in Nanjing were offered for sale, located in Jiangning District and Liuhe District respectively. Both were ultimately sold at their base prices, with a total transaction amount of 1.994 billion yuan.

One parcel was acquired by Beijing Fangxing Yicheng Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Jinmao) at a base price of 1.549 billion yuan, with a floor price of 11,997 yuan/㎡. The other was acquired by Nanjing Longyue Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. at a base price of 445 million yuan, with a floor price of 7,852 yuan/㎡.
