As the Chinese New Year holiday approaches, new orders in the enamelled wire industry have rapidly cooled down, and machine operating rates have continued to decline. According to SMM, many small enamelled wire enterprises have already started their holidays, while medium-sized and large enterprises are planning to halt production to conduct inventory checks and cleaning before the holiday. Most enterprises are expected to suspend production this week and enter holiday mode. However, downstream enamelled wire manufacturers, mainly in the home appliance sector, are still operating normally. To ensure timely delivery of orders, workshops will remain in production during the Chinese New Year holiday without scheduling any breaks. The enamelled wire industry is expected to fully enter holiday mode next week, with the earliest resumption of work and production on February 5.
