Guocheng Mining Obtains 350,000 mt/Year Gold-Lead-Zinc Mine Mining License—Guocheng Mining (000688)'s wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhongdu Mineral Development Service Co., Ltd. in Fengyang County, has obtained the "Mining License of the People's Republic of China" issued by the Department of Natural Resources of Anhui Province. The production capacity is 350,000 mt/year, and the mine is named the Fengyang County Jiangshan-Dawangfu Integration Area Gold-Lead-Zinc Mine. The mining area covers 1.8753 square kilometers, with the license valid from January 10, 2025, to January 10, 2035.

The acquisition of this mining license will help enhance the company's core competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities, and it is expected to have a positive impact on the company's long-term development. Zhongdu Mineral is currently preparing a feasibility study report and applying for the extension of peripheral exploration rights, with resource reserves expected to further expand.
