On December 28, the winner of the EPC contract for a 300-megawatt fishery-PV complementary project in Tongbai County, Henan Province, was disclosed. China Railway 15th Bureau Group Fourth Engineering Co., Ltd. emerged as the sole bidder, securing the contract with a bid amount of 1.0756 billion yuan and a unit price of 3.585 yuan/W.
The project, situated in Tongbai County, includes comprehensive responsibilities such as design, procurement, and construction. This encompasses the planning of a distributed PV generation system, a 220KV booster station, and associated transmission lines, alongside support services throughout the construction phase.
With a projected construction timeframe of 365 days, the project also involves tasks such as project documentation and maintenance during the warranty period.
