According to the Guangdong Public Resource Trading Platform, on December 3, Yuexiu Property's Guangzhou Yuehai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. won the bid for the plot numbered AH0215007 on the east side of Dongxiao Road in Haizhu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, at a base price of 1.901 billion yuan. The transaction floor price was 32,198 yuan/m². December will see a surge in land auctions in Guangzhou.

According to statistics, in the last month of this year, Guangzhou will auction 24 plots of land with a total starting price of approximately 26.648 billion yuan. The total land area is 947,900 m², and the gross floor area is 1.7364 million m².
