Ближе к полудню цена быстро упала до 153 200 юаней за тонну, достигнув нового внутридневного минимума. Около полудня цены неоднократно колебались в диапазоне 154 000–156 000 юаней. Во второй половине дня покупатели ненадолго подтолкнули цены вверх, но не смогли пробить линию средней цены. В конце торгов цены снова ослабли, и контракт закрылся снижением на 3,2% на уровне 154 800 юаней за тонну, при этом открытый интерес сократился на 9 123 лота. На спотовом рынке downstream-покупатели приобретали товар по мере необходимости на спадах.
