[SMM Lithium Carbonate Futures Review: LC2411 Main Contract Fell for Four Consecutive Days] On July 18, the main contract of lithium carbonate 2411 continued to decline by 0.06%. According to the data, the main contract of lithium carbonate 2411 opened at 86,500 yuan/ton on that day and closed at 87,950 yuan/ton, with a trading volume of 116,472 contracts and a position of 188,020 contracts, down 1,599 contracts from the previous trading day. SMM's spot price for battery-grade lithium carbonate on that day was 84,400-88,500 yuan/ton, with an average price of 86,450 yuan/ton, down 900 yuan/ton from the previous working day. From the trend, the price of lithium carbonate first rose and then fell after opening on that day, followed by stable operation with fluctuations. In the closing period, the long positions outweighed the short positions, and the price of lithium carbonate rose sharply, but ultimately closed down 0.06%.
