Tesla Delivered More Energy Storage than Expected in the Second Quarter, Ushering in Development Opportunities for the Industry Chain
On July 2nd local time, American electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla released data showing that the company delivered 9.4GWh of energy storage in the second quarter, representing a year-on-year increase of 157% and a quarter-on-quarter increase of 132%, setting a new record for historical deliveries. The Lathrop Gigafactory in California, USA, with a production capacity of 40GWh, is currently operating at full capacity, with the delivery period extended to the second quarter of 2025.
