In May, China exported a total of 6,496,200 tons of sheet materials, an increase of 4.80% from the previous month and 18.67% from the same month last year. From January to May 2024, China exported a total of 30,632,400 tons of sheet materials, an increase of 30.04% from the same period last year. Among them, the exports of hot-rolled, cold-rolled, medium and heavy plate, strip steel and other sheet materials all showed significant growth year on year.
