NavInfo, Shenzhen Data Exchange team up in data trading, data compliance fields

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On May 16, smart mobility solution provider NavInfo signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Shenzhen Data Exchange in Shenzhen city, according to NavInfo's press release.  Per the agreement, both parties will collaborate in areas such as data trading, ecosystem cooperation, and data compliance to jointly promote innovative development in the data-driven industry ecosystem.

Under this strategic partnership, in the realm of data trading, the two parties will focus on data products related to intelligent connected vehicles and smart transportation. They will conduct data circulation transactions, cross-regional data operations, and data application implementations, working together to advance the market-oriented allocation reform of data elements and foster the development of the data elements industry ecosystem and the digital economy.

In terms of ecosystem cooperation, leveraging their extensive industry experience and resources, both parties will integrate data elements into application scenarios in intelligent connected vehicles, transportation, public safety, urban governance, and financial services. Together, they will explore and expand new markets for data elements.

Regarding data compliance, both parties will explore global compliance paths for data security in intelligent connected vehicles, support automotive companies in their international ventures, and create comprehensive cross-border service cases for the industry. They aim to establish a data loop that ensures the full lifecycle support of intelligent connected vehicles, from functional development and testing to mass production and road deployment.

Additionally, NavInfo has joined the Open Archipelago Open Source Community, which was initiated by Shenzhen Data Exchange, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, and other organizations. Together, they will promote the development of key foundational technologies for data element circulation.
