ZEEKR scores 99% YoY surge in April 2024 deliveries

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- On May 1, ZEEKR, the premium electric vehicle brand under Geely Holding Group, announced delivery figures for April 2024. 

In the month, ZEEKR delivered 16,089 vehicles, marking a 99% year-on-year surge and a 24% month-on-month leap, setting a record high in monthly deliveries. From January to April, its deliveries surged by 111% compared to the same period last year. As of now, ZEEKR has delivered over 240,000 vehicles.

At the recently concluded Auto China 2024, ZEEKR unveiled its "SEA-M", designed to revolutionize automotive spaces for intelligent electric vehicles. This architecture focuses on spatial utilization, entry and exit experience, and in-cabin scenarios, redefining the future travel space and electric vehicle design. The ZEEKR MIX, the first vehicle model based on this architecture, made its global debut at the auto show, positioned as a 'family all-scenario large five-seater' battery electric vehicle (BEV).

On April 19, the four-seat ultra-luxury flagship MPV model, ZEEKR 009 Grand, hit the market  with a starting price of 789,000 yuan. Tailored for high-end travels, the ZEEKR 009 Grand introduces leading safety features such as the 'maternal-and-child level' safety cabin and exclusive privacy security measures.

From April 19 to 21, during the F1 and F4 racing events, the ZEEKR 001 and ZEEKR 007 models served as the safety and medical cars, respectively, marking their debut on the international racing stage.

On April 1, the enhanced rear-wheel-drive version of the ZEEKR 007 came on the market, priced at 209,900 yuan. The vehicle comes standard with the Technological Full Sense (“Kejiquangan” in Chinese Pinyin) Package (valued at 12,000 yuan) and the Comfort Package (valued at 8,000 yuan).

The charging infrastructure continues to play a vital role in ZEEKR's sales growth. As of the end of April, ZEEKR has established 1,028 own-brand charging stations, including 471 ultra-fast charging stations, totalling 2,547 ultra-fast charging piles. Additionally, the third-party high-quality charging network integrated into the ZEEKR App's charging map now covers more than 340 cities with over 760,000 charging plugs.
