YF Group: Received Non-Prohibition Decision on Anti-Monopoly Review of Business Concentration

Tianjin YF Steel Pipe Group Co., Ltd. announced that the company has recently received the "Decision on Not Prohibiting the Anti-Monopoly Review of Business Concentration" issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation. The notice states: "In accordance with Article 31 of the Anti-Monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China, it is decided after review that the establishment of a new joint venture between YF Group and Yunnan Yunlin Metal Products Co., Ltd. is not prohibited. YF Group can proceed with the concentration from now on.
