Chinese research team sets new world record for photovoltaic conversion efficiency of large-area perovskite solar modules
It was learned from Nanjing University that the research team led by Professor Tan Hairen has made a breakthrough in the development of large-area perovskite solar modules. According to tests conducted by international authoritative third-party institutions, the steady-state photovoltaic conversion efficiency of the modules has reached 24.5%, setting a new world record for this type of component. This achievement also lays a technical foundation for the subsequent industrial development. The related paper was published on the international academic journal 'Science' on the 23rd.
