2023 Fourth Quarter Production and Sales Report of BHP:

The iron ore production in Western Australia (100% basis) was 72.67 million tons, an increase of 4.6% compared to the previous quarter, and a decrease of 2.2% year-on-year. Except for an increase in the Jimblebar mine area, all other mining areas showed a decrease, especially in the Yandi mine area.

The total iron ore sales volume in the fourth quarter was 70.34 million tons, a decrease of 2% compared to the previous quarter, and a decrease of 3.2% year-on-year. Of this, the sales volume for fines was 43.43 million tons, and for lumps was 19.176 million tons. The iron ore target guidance for the 2024 fiscal year (2023.07-2024.06) remains unchanged at 282-294 million tons (100% basis).
