ARCFOX αS/T Forest PRO Edition hit market with upgraded comfort

Beijing (Gasgoo)- On January 25, BAIC Group's premium new energy vehicle brand, ARCFOX, put the αS/T Forest Edition PRO series onto the market, built upon the success of its previous Forest Edition. 

The latest models showcase a multi-dimensional upgrade focusing on luxurious and comfortable features such as heated/massaging seats, genuine leather steering wheel, and a heat pump air conditioning system. Additionally, the lineup welcomes new variants – the αS Forest Edition PRO 650E and the αT Forest Edition PRO 618E, with official prices set at 227,800 yuan and 225,800 yuan, respectively.

The highlight among the upgraded configurations is the αS Forest PRO 525E variant, adding practical features like a heated steering wheel, ventilated/massaging driver's seat, and ventilated/massaging front passenger seat, valued at an impressive 16,000 yuan. Other Forest Edition PRO models also benefit from some additional features.

Addressing the concern for air quality and health, ARCFOX equips the αS/T Forest Edition PRO with an industry-leading PM2.5+CN95 antibacterial filter. This innovative solution not only purifies the cabin from pollutants but also effectively eliminates bacteria and viruses, ensuring a healthy breathing environment for users and their families. The car's built-in negative ion generator provides a forest-like atmosphere with a concentration of 100,000 ions per cubic centimeter, promoting a sense of ease and well-being during the journey.

Safety remains a top priority for users, evident in the αS Forest Edition PRO's adoption of an ultra-strong cage-type body frame. The A, B pillars, and threshold beams are reinforced with military-grade (1,500 megapascals) boron steel, achieving an impressive torsional stiffness of 60,000Nm/deg.

Moreover, ARCFOX maintains an unparalleled commitment to battery safety, subjecting their batteries to over 120 tests, surpassing the national standard's 58 requirements. The batteries achieve IP68 waterproof and dustproof ratings, ensuring a robust capability of withstanding impacts for 10 years or 240,000 kilometers and wading depths of up to 800mm. This commitment to high battery protection standards has resulted in ARCFOX achieving zero instances of self-ignition in the ever-challenging new energy market so far.
