At 15:18 on November 26th, the first batch of power generation units of the distributed photovoltaic project on the rooftops of Panzhong District, Panzhou City, Guizhou Province, were successfully connected to the grid and put into operation, further assisting the local achievement of the "dual carbon" goal and contributing "green" power to the revitalization of rural areas.
The project is located in Panzhong District, Panzhou City, Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province, covering 3 townships, 6 street offices, and 1 economic development zone. It utilizes the rooftops of existing buildings to build distributed photovoltaic power stations, and is a pilot project for the development of distributed photovoltaic power generation promoted by the national entire county (district). The project covers an area of approximately 730,000 square meters and adopts the "photovoltaic power generation + rooftop" development model. The total installed capacity of the project is 61.33 megawatts, and the total power generation in 25 years after completion is approximately 1.55 billion kilowatt-hours. This project has significant positive implications for optimizing the energy structure of the power system, reducing the consumption of fossil energy and environmental pollution, and promoting sustainable economic and social development in the local area.
