On September 22, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Committee held the 75th review meeting in 2023, and Chongqing Xinlv Times Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinlv Times") successfully passed the meeting and will soon be listed on the GEM. This IPO, Xinlv Times plans to raise 1 billion yuan, which will be invested in the NanChuan District's annual production of 800,000 sets of new energy vehicle components and supplementary working capital.

Xinlv Times is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of aluminum alloy components for new energy vehicle battery systems. It has a complete business system of aluminum alloy material research and development, product design, advanced production technology and large-scale production. Its main products are battery box bodies, which are the key components of new energy vehicle power battery systems. Its downstream customers are mainly automobile manufacturers or power battery manufacturers.
