Recently, Hubei released Ten Measures to Further Improve the Financial Services of Private Enterprises in the Province, which proposed to expand the reserve resources for listing, implement the listing and refinancing incentive policies of the Shanghai, Shenzhen and North Exchanges, and add more than 10 private companies to be listed in 2023. In 2023, the total amount of loans issued to private enterprises in the province will increase by more than 20%, and the balance of loans will increase by more than 250 billion yuan compared with the beginning of the year. By 2025, the balance of private enterprise loans will exceed 2 trillion yuan.
