World Steel Association Releases Global and China April Crude Steel Production

According to the World Steel Association, in April 2023, the crude steel output of 63 countries included in its statistics was 161.4 million mt, a year-on-year decrease of 2.4%. Among them, China's crude steel output was 92.64 million mt, a year-on-year decrease of 1.5%; India's crude steel output was 10.7 million mt, a year-on-year increase of 3.2%; Japan's crude steel output was 7.2 million mt, a year-on-year decrease of 3.1%.
