The National Development and Reform Commission issued the "Notice on Regulating and Efficiently Doing a Good Job in the Application and Recommendation of Real Estate Investment Trust Funds (REITs) in the Infrastructure Field". First, it is important do a solid job in the preparation work of the projects. The second is to reasonably grasp the project issuance conditions. The third is to effectively improve the efficiency of declaration and recommendation. The fourth is to give full play to the role of experts and professional institutions. Fifth, make good use of recovered funds to promote effective investment. The sixth is to effectively strengthen operation and management.
