Steel Market Picks Up and Prices of Steel Change Rapidly

Since entering March, with the steady advancement of various infrastructure constructions, the demand for steel products in the domestic market has gradually picked up. The person in charge of a steel trading company in Foshan, Guangdong told reporters that since the end of last year, domestic steel prices have fluctuated widely.  Data show that the average weekly consumption of domestic rebar in March was 3.3879 million mt, a year-on-year increase of 12.5% and an increase of 84.5% from February.
