SHANGHAI, Feb 27 (SMM) – According to the data of China Index Research Institute, as of February 22, 84 cities have completed the transfer of residential land, with a total trading volume of 272, a total transactions of 26.87 billion yuan and an average premium rate of 5.28%. An industry analyst said that the heating up of the land market in many places is related to the recovery of sales in real estate market in key cities. At the same time, although the hot spots in key cities were very popular, some suburban lands were still unsold.
