Shangqiu to build the Industrial gathering place of recycled Aluminum-based New Materials for Energy Storage

At the end of last year, the people's Government of Liangyuan District, Shangqiu City, Henan Province, and Henan Shenhuo Group Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement on the project of Shangqiu recycled aluminum-based energy storage new materials industrial park, marking Shangqiu City to promote the development of recycled aluminum-based energy storage new materials industry to a new level.

Shangqiu recycled aluminum-based energy storage new materials industrial park, built by Shangqiu Xinding Construction and Development Co., Ltd., is located in Liangyuan Industrial agglomeration District, Shangqiu City, Henan Province, covering an area of 2200 mu, with a construction area of 162000 square meters and 17 workshops. It mainly attracts advanced manufacturing enterprises such as new aluminum-based materials and aluminum intensive processing to settle in, in line with the principle of high standards and high quality, to build the park into an industrial base with a national demonstration role.

Shangqiu is a national comprehensive transportation hub and a national regional central city under construction, and a node city of the national "Belt and Road Initiative" and "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network. As a demonstration city to undertake industrial transfer in the Central Plains Economic Zone, Shangqiu is also a bridgehead leading from the east to the west. it is the intersection of Henan Province's nearest provincial municipality, Longhai Lanxin Economic Belt and Beijing-Kowloon Economic Belt. It is the best regional city for the Central Plains to undertake the industrial transfer of the three major economic circles of "Yangtze River Delta", "Pearl River Delta" and "Bohai Bay". With the accelerated construction of Jingxiong high-speed railway, Shangqiu airport and Lengtu River shipping, Shangqiu will build a comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network integrating road, railway, aviation and water transportation, becoming the second largest high-speed rail hub in Henan Province.

After the industrial park is completed and put into operation, it is planned to form an industrial chain of recycled aluminum recovery, intensive processing and deep processing of aluminum foil materials for new energy batteries, giving full play to the two-round industrial agglomeration effect of resource control and material technology. Centering on the goal of building a national exemplary industrial base, do a good job in the planning and design of regional recycling and distribution centers, public environmental protection treatment platforms and other projects, and strive to build a national trading and settlement center for recycled aluminum raw materials, further improve industrial efficiency and market scale. Focus on building a recycling system of waste materials, improving the utilization level of renewable resources, adopting advanced technology and equipment, making full use of green energy provided by optoelectronics, wind power, energy storage, biomass energy and geothermal energy, reducing carbon emissions, reducing energy consumption per unit of GDP, establishing and improving the mode of green and low-carbon circular development, so as to achieve the organic unity of environmental and economic benefits.

The park adopts the concept of one-stop examination and approval and one-stop service. from the registration of enterprises to landing production, the industrial park will work with the government to help enterprises; by formulating and improving preferential policies for attracting investment, give maximum concessions in land, taxation, administrative fees and so on.

In terms of product structure, the park takes full account of the needs of enterprise production and management, which not only meets the standard factory buildings of general productive enterprises, but also can be customized according to the requirements of enterprises; at the same time, a complex of office, technical training and R & D, staff dormitory, staff canteen, separate enterprise floor, business and leisure needs is built, and strive to form a closed one-stop enterprise aircraft carrier growth base.
