After the completion of the transaction, Yinghe New Energy will be included in the company's financial statements, mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of lithium iron phosphate cathode materials.

Recently, Xilong Science (002584) issued a notice saying that in order to expand the company's business areas, closely follow the national new energy and new materials industry policy, combined with the company's existing technology and market demand, the company intends to accept 14.3 million yuan of the 100% equity of Xintai Yinghe New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yinghe New Energy") held by Huang Yong, Lin limin, Zeng Qingjun and Zeng Shihua. After the completion of the transaction, Yinghe New Energy will be included in the company's financial statements, mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of lithium iron phosphate cathode materials.

It is reported that Yinghe New Energy is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of lithium iron phosphate cathode materials, with a complete production, supply and marketing system, lithium iron phosphate cathode materials mature technical route, with certain production advantages.

Xilong Science said that due to the increase in production and sales of new energy vehicles and the increase in the installed capacity of lithium iron phosphate batteries, the market demand for lithium iron phosphate cathode materials is growing rapidly. Through the acquisition of Yinghe New Energy, the company cuts into the subdivision of new energy materials such as lithium iron phosphate cathode materials, which can enrich the company's product structure and better meet market demand.

The data show that Xilong Science is committed to the production, R & D and sales of chemical reagents and the trade of chemical raw materials, adhering to the strategy of "chemical + medical treatment", which involves the production of some APIs. It is understood that Xilong Science has actively communicated with the Shuifu Municipal Government of Yunnan Province to reach a preliminary cooperation intention, and the company plans to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary "Yunnan Yinghe New Energy Materials Co., Ltd." through Yinghe New Energy in Shuifu City. used to invest in the construction of 50,000 tons of lithium iron phosphate battery cathode material project, the project is still in the early stage of energy consumption index approval, environmental protection and construction land solution demonstration stage.

Thanks to the continued prosperity of the new energy track and the increasing market demand for lithium iron phosphate, recently, a number of listed companies have announced cross-border entry of lithium iron phosphate.

On the evening of March 28th, Jinpu Titanium Industry (000545) announced that the company plans to use by-product ferrous sulfate to build battery-grade ferric phosphate plant and downstream new energy battery cathode material lithium iron phosphate device to meet the growing demand for lithium iron phosphate for new energy storage and new energy vehicles. Based on the comprehensive advantages of Anhui (Huaibei) new coal chemical synthetic material base in terms of project land, policy, energy consumption and supporting conditions, Jinpu Titanium Industry plans to build new energy battery materials integration projects such as 200000 tons / year battery grade iron phosphate and 200000 tons / year lithium iron phosphate in the park. The total investment of the project is about 10 billion yuan, and the planned construction period is from September 2022 to June 2027. The project is divided into three phases.

On the evening of March 17th, Saddle heavy Stock (002667) announced that Jiangxi Lineng Lithium Industry Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, plans to invest in the construction project of a lithium iron phosphate production line with an annual output of 20, 000 tons (phase I). The design scale of the first phase of the project is to produce 10, 000 tons of battery-grade lithium carbonate per year, with a total investment of 487 million yuan.

On the upstream side, raw material suppliers remained firm in holding prices, while downstream buyers continued to push for lower prices, widening the psychological price spread between buyers and sellers and making spot transactions difficult to advance. Some salt products came under pressure due to lower raw material costs, low-price selling by traders, and weak demand, with a few varieties already pulling back slightly. The price center of powder materials continued to shift lower, with weakening cost support, and the market remained in a bottoming phase. Midstream materials showed divergent performance: some precursors were dragged down by weaker nickel salts, with order coefficients under pressure and domestic production schedules subdued, though overseas high-nickel orders remained relatively stable. Cathode materials were affected by raw material price fluctuations and downward revisions in end-use orders, prompting battery cell manufacturers to restock cautiously, with domestic production schedules in September expected to decline. On the consumption side, the September-October peak season effect has yet to materialize clearly, with end-use demand recovery in mobile phones and other terminals remaining limited, and the industry chain overall dominated by just-in-time procurement and destocking. In the short term, the market lacks clear upward drivers, and prices are likely to continue consolidating on a subdued note. Going forward, the focus will be on the strength of September restocking, improvements in end-use orders, and changes in upstream pricing strategies.
