On September 10, Hunan Zhongke Xingcheng Graphite Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Zhongke Xingcheng) has started construction of a production base with an annual output of 50,000 tons of lithium battery anode materials.

It is reported that as a key investment and investment attraction enterprise project in Ningxiang City, the project is located in the south of Jinzhou Avenue, Ningxiang High-tech Zone, Changsha City, north of Jinlin West Road and west of Xinyue Road; the construction content mainly includes the production plant, warehouse, living and office facilities needed for the production of 50, 000 tons of artificial graphite anode materials, with a total land area of 99225.4 square meters, a total construction area of about 81662.43 square meters, and a total investment of 1 billion yuan.

According to public data, Zhongke Xingcheng is a holding subsidiary of Zhongke Electric (300035). There are Zhongke Star City, Hunan Changsha Ningxiang Lithium Ion Battery anode material production Base, Guizhou Tongret Lithium Ion Battery anode material and graphitization integrated production base and Sichuan Yaan JiNeng new material graphitization processing base.

In the first half of the year, Zhongke Electric's lithium electrode plate achieved business income of 701 million yuan, an increase of 153.35% over the same period last year, and sales of negative materials reached 23545 tons, an increase of 211.05% over the same period last year.

Last month, Zhongke Electric just disclosed the fixed increase plan, and the total amount of funds to be raised by the company to issue shares to specific targets will not exceed 2.206 billion yuan. After deducting the issuance costs, the net funds raised will be used for the production base project of 50, 000 tons of lithium battery anode materials, 30, 000 tons of lithium battery anode materials and 45000 tons of graphitized processing construction projects to supplement liquidity.
