Another 10 billion-grade lithium iron phosphate battery project has been settled!

On August 27, the signing ceremony of lithium iron phosphate battery project between Yueyang Economic Development District and Zhejiang Yaoning Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yaoning Technology") was held ceremoniously.

It is understood that the signed lithium iron phosphate battery project includes Yaoning New Energy Company headquarters, research institute and lithium iron phosphate battery production center factory, with a total investment of about 10.37 billion yuan.

The project will be built in two phases. After it is fully completed and reaches production, it will have the annual production capacity of 12GWh lithium iron phosphate battery and system assembly, and can arrange employment for more than 4000 people. The total output value in ten years is estimated to be about 70 billion yuan, and the total tax payment will be 6.1 billion yuan.

The total output value of the first phase of the project is estimated to be about 30 billion yuan in ten years after it is completed and reached production.

The project will create a 10 billion-level leading enterprise in the field of Yueyang new energy industry, vigorously promote the gathering of upstream and downstream industries such as key automobile parts, batteries and materials, and new energy vehicle production and assembly, and speed up the rapid development of Yueyang new energy industry cluster.
