[China Nuclear Titanium dioxide and Panzhihua Municipal Government signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement to build a vanadium-titanium industrial ecosystem] the agreement includes focusing on restructuring targets and building industrial ecology. Give full play to the resource advantages of Party An and the industrial advantages of Party B, focus on selecting companies with restructuring feasibility and value as investment targets in the fields of "Vanadium Titanium Resources + Titanium oxide + Metal Titanium", and carry out in-depth investment and cooperation to build a vanadium-titanium industrial ecosystem in Panzhihua.

SMM News: recently, China Nuclear Titanium dioxide announced that it signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the Panzhihua municipal government. The main contents of the agreement are as follows:

1. Focus on the target of reorganization and construct industrial ecology. Give full play to the resource advantages of Party An and the industrial advantages of Party B, focus on selecting companies with restructuring feasibility and value as investment targets in the fields of "Vanadium Titanium Resources + Titanium oxide + Metal Titanium", and carry out in-depth investment and cooperation to build a vanadium-titanium industrial ecosystem in Panzhihua.

2. Carry out debt restructuring to maintain stability and create new vitality. Party B will, in accordance with the law, provide debt restructuring to Party A's territorial enterprises as a starting point to help optimize the debt structure of enterprises in difficulties, resolve the debt pressure of enterprises in difficulties, maintain local economic stability, and lay the foundation for the re-creation of vitality for enterprises.

3. Build comprehensive utilization and high value-added vanadium and titanium production capacity, extend the vanadium and titanium industry chain, and improve the efficiency of resource utilization. Party B invests funds to participate in the integration of vanadium and titanium production capacity in Panzhihua in accordance with the law. At the same time, Party B invests R & D resources and technical support to build comprehensive vanadium and titanium utilization capacity by means of integration, new construction, technological transformation and upgrading, to produce new high-performance metal materials containing vanadium and titanium, and to improve the utilization efficiency of mineral resources.

Panzhihua is located in Panxi Plateau, which is rich in vanadium-titanium magnetite resources. Its vanadium reserves are the third in the world and titanium reserves are the first in the world. It has the title of "the capital of vanadium and titanium in China". In order to promote the comprehensive utilization of vanadium and titanium resources in Panxi and the high-quality development of vanadium and titanium industry, Panzhihua City has made great efforts to introduce state-owned capital and private capital to participate in the construction of Panxi national strategic resources innovation and development pilot area, so as to achieve a new level of regional economy. The company attaches great importance to the development opportunities in Panzhihua and hopes to rely on the rich vanadium-titanium magnetite resources in Panzhihua to invest in building vanadium-titanium industrial clusters in Panzhihua to promote the transformation and upgrading of Panzhihua vanadium-titanium industry and achieve high-quality development.
