SHFE 1706 Zinc Closed Lower (2017-4-25)

SHFE 1706 zinc opened at RMB 21,415/mt today and then hovered around RMB 21,410/mt, but rose with leaving of shorts.

SHANGHAI, Apr. 25 (SMM) – SHFE 1706 zinc opened at RMB 21,415/mt today and then hovered around RMB 21,410/mt, but rose with leaving of shorts. In the afternoon, SHFE 1706 zinc reached intraday high of RMB 21,660/mt due to entry of longs, and then fell to RMB 21,550/mt, and closed at RMB 21,555/mt, up RMB 40/mt or 0.19%.

Trading volumes on SHFE 1706 zinc decreased 163,000 to 688,000 lots, and positions decreased 20,194 to 332,000. SHFE 1706 zinc is expected to experience corrections this evening.
