[JD.com Acquired Land in Hangzhou Qianjiang Century City]

On the morning of April 20, a riverside commercial land parcel located in the core area of Hangzhou Qianjiang Century City was listed for sale. Hangzhou JD Jiwei Information Technology Co., Ltd. won the parcel with a total price of 663 million yuan, at a transaction floor price of 5,600 yuan/㎡. The parent company of Hangzhou JD Jiwei Information Technology Co., Ltd. is Beijing JD Century Trading Co., Ltd., which holds a 100% stake. This means that the much-anticipated land for JD Group's Zhejiang regional center headquarters was officially acquired.

MMi Daily Iron Ore Report (April 22)

Iron ore futures showed a slight upward trend today. The main contract I2609 closed at 786.5 RMB/ton, up 0.32% from the previous trading day. Spot prices also rose by 1-3 RMB/ton.
