2. Registration Qualification Requirements

1. The registrant must be an independent legal entity or other organization within the territory of the People's Republic of China. (Upload the company's business license)
2. The registrant must not be listed on the Supreme People's Court's "Credit China" website as a dishonest person subject to enforcement. (Upload the PDF version of the credit report downloaded from the Credit China website recently)

3. Registration Method

  • Suppliers must respond to the preview within the specified time frame, log in to the electronic tendering and bidding system (). Unregistered suppliers need to complete the registration first, then click "I Want to Register" for the corresponding procurement preview and fill in the relevant information.

4. Registration Deadline

  • 16:32 on July 23, 2025
