[Foton Motor: Plans to Jointly Invest 500 Million Yuan with EVE to Establish a New Energy Technology Company] Recently, Foton Motor announced that in order to expand its new energy heavy-duty truck business and provide customers with diversified battery leasing solutions, the company plans to jointly invest with EVE Energy Co., Ltd. to establish Beijing Foton EVE New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 500 million yuan. Among this, Foton Motor will contribute 250 million yuan, holding a 50% stake, with the funds sourced from the company's own capital. By establishing a joint venture, both parties will jointly explore the market, meeting users' diversified battery leasing needs. This will enhance the market competitiveness of the company's new energy heavy-duty truck business products, promote new vehicle sales, and improve the company's profitability in the new energy heavy-duty truck sector.
