A produtora estatal indonésia de carvão PTBA elevou ligeiramente sua meta de produção para 2026 para 49,55 milhões de toneladas, ante 49,5 milhões de toneladas, ao mesmo tempo em que fixou as metas de vendas e transporte para o ano em 49,51 milhões de toneladas e 41 milhões de toneladas, respectivamente. A meta de produção foi aumentada em apenas 50 mil toneladas, ou aproximadamente 0,1%, o que confere ao ajuste em si um significado direto muito limitado para a oferta do mercado. Mais importante ainda, a produção da PTBA no primeiro semestre caiu 10% em relação ao ano anterior, para 19,45 milhões de toneladas.
