Gränges Completes Acquisition of Shandong Casting and Hot-Rolling Plant, Boosting Asian Market Expansion

Gränges has recently completed the acquisition of a casting and hot-rolling plant in Shandong Province, China, marking a strategic advancement in our efforts to further expand market share and growth in the Asian market. The new production base and the deepened partnership with Shandong Chuangxin Group will bring us greater development opportunities.

Xu Guotao, President of Gränges Asia, said, "With our existing Shanghai plant as the foundation, we have now added the Shandong plant and a joint venture in Yunnan, transitioning from one production base to three. We are thrilled to welcome over 600 new employees to join us, making them part of the Gränges family!"

The new production base in Shandong is located in Zouping City and employs over 600 people. It mainly produces medium and heavy plates, hot-rolled coils, and cold-rolled coils, covering aluminum alloys from Series 1 to Series 8, with thicknesses ranging from 0.15mm to 240mm.
