[Panasonic Downgrades Its Production Target for Electric Vehicle Batteries in Fiscal Year 2030 by Approximately 30%] Allan Swan, head of Panasonic Energy North America, said that Panasonic has downgraded its production target for electric vehicle batteries in fiscal year 2030 from 200 GWh to 150 GWh, a reduction of about 30%. This decision is primarily due to the decrease in supply demand from Tesla and other American companies.
