Mainstream transaction prices for Tianjin 0# zinc ingots were 23,970-24,270 yuan/mt, with Zijin trading at 24,050-24,320 yuan/mt and Huludao at 27,460 yuan/mt. Ordinary 0# zinc was quoted at discounts of 0-60 yuan/mt against the 2407 contract, while Zijin was quoted at premiums of 20-50 yuan/mt against the 2407 contract, with Tianjin prices at par with Shanghai price. By midday close, ordinary brands like Chihong were quoted at discounts of 30-60 yuan/mt against the 2407 contract, Hongye at discounts of 30 yuan/mt, Xinzi at discounts of 0-10 yuan/mt, and Bailing had no quotes. High-end brand Zijin was quoted at discounts of 20-40 yuan/mt against the 2407 contract. Today's market was weak, with increased buying from traders.
