On January 4, 2024, the Xinjiang Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Announcement on the Capacity Replacement Plan for the 400,000 Tons of Electrolytic Aluminum Construction Project of Xinjiang Qiya Aluminum Power Co., Ltd." in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Creating a Good Market Environment to Promote the Structural Adjustment, Transformation and Efficiency Increase of the Non-ferrous Metal Industry" and "Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Matters related to Capacity Replacement by Electrolytic Aluminum Enterprises through Mergers and Restructuring."

The capacity replacement plan for the 400,000 tons of electrolytic aluminum construction project of Xinjiang Qiya Aluminum Power Co., Ltd. is now open to the public for supervision. The public announcement period is from January 4 to January 17, 2024. If there is any objection, please submit it in written form to our department (Raw Materials Industry Division).
