Tongwei announced that the company plans to jointly sign the "Green Integrated Material Project Investment Agreement" with the People's Government of Ordos City and the People's Government of Zhungeer Banner. The total investment of the project is 28 billion yuan, including an annual output of 500,000 tons of green integrated materials (industrial silicon), 400,000 tons of high-purity polysilicon project and supporting facilities.

The project will be constructed in phases, with the first phase including the construction of 200,000 tons of green integrated materials (industrial silicon) and 200,000 tons of high-purity polysilicon project (the total investment of the first-phase project is expected to be about 13-14 billion yuan, subject to the specific implementation of the project), and the second phase including the construction of 300,000 tons of green integrated materials (industrial silicon) and 200,000 tons of high-purity polysilicon project. The project will be constructed in phases, with an estimated construction period of 15-18 months for each phase, and the first-phase project is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of December 2025.
