SHANGHAI, Apr 20 (SMM) – The total inventory of HRC across social warehouses and steel makers in China stood at 3.25 million mt as of April 20, down 97,100 mt or 2.91% from a week ago, a loss of 12.04% on the year.
The inventory across social warehouses was 2.15 million mt, down 115,900 mt or 5.11% from a week ago, a decline of 14.87% on the year.
The in-plant inventory at steel mills totalled 1.09 million mt, up 18,800 mt or 1.75% from a week ago, a drop of 5.90% on the year.
