Ansteel Group to Raise the Iron Ore Capacity by 24 million mt/year by Technical Upgrade

A few days ago, a symposium on deepening the cooperation between companies in Liaoning and state-owned enterprises was held in Beijing. At the symposium, Anshan City government and Ansteel Group signed contracts on mining and dressing in the east mining area in the city as well as on the production of electrical steel for new energy vehicles, with a total planned investment of 12.06 billion yuan. The project adopts advanced technology to simultaneously carry out large-scale, intelligent, efficient and green upgrading of the mineral processing system, which will ramp up the annual iron ore and iron ore concentrate output by 24 million mt and 8 million mt respectively.
