Thanks to the continuous optimization of China's pandemic prevention policies, many foreign investment firms have significantly raised their expectations for China's economic growth.
On Wednesday local time, Fitch Ratings said in a revised forecast that China's economy will grow by 5% in 2023, much higher than the 4.1% predicted in December last year.
Fitch noted that the upward revision was based on "evidence of a faster recovery in consumption and economic activity than initially expected" and that China's latest PMI data showed further growth in the country's economy.
