Lanxiao Technology expects the net profit to exceed 283 million in 2021. This year, Salt Lake Lithium extraction has won new orders.

On the evening of January 23rd, Lanxiao Technology (300487) issued a forecast of its results for 2021. It is expected that the company will achieve a net profit of 283 million yuan to 343 million yuan in 2021, an increase of 40% to 70% over the same period last year, and a deduction of 267 million yuan to 328 million yuan in non-net profit, an increase of 47.14% and 80.5% over the same period last year.

As for the main reasons for the pre-increase in performance, Lanxiao Technology said that due to the increase in production and sales of the company, the supporting role of the new capacity platform for business growth has gradually emerged, and the income structure has been further optimized. revenue in metal resources, life sciences, water treatment and ultra-purification, environmental protection and other downstream application areas has increased, and profitability and stability have been continuously enhanced.

Battery Network noted that in 2022, Lanxiao Technology deepened cooperation with the lithium battery industry, and Salt Lake Lithium extraction repeatedly won new orders.

On the evening of January 3, Lanxiao Technology received the signing notice of Jinhai Lithium Industry (Qinghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinhai Lithium Industry") for the procurement project of 10000 tons of lithium carbonate EPC from Jinhai Lithium Industry (Qinghai). The company will discuss the signing of the contract within 10 days of receipt of the notice.

It is reported that Jinhai Lithium Industry is a subsidiary of Yiwei LiNeng (300014). The project will be built in Dachaidan Industrial Park, a circular economy experimental zone in Haixi Prefecture, Qinghai Province, with an estimated contract amount of 456 million yuan. The project is expected to complete the construction and installation on August 31, 2022, put into trial production of the whole system on September 30, 2022, and meet the standard on October 30, 2022.

On January 10, Lanxiao Technology and Tibet Guoneng Mining Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guoneng Mining") signed the contract for commissioned processing of 10,000-ton Lithium hydroxide in Tibet Jieze Chaka Salt Lake. The project adopts commissioned processing mode, and Guoneng Mining is responsible for providing brine resources and public supporting facilities such as fresh water, electricity and factory buildings, and pays the commissioned processing fee and the share of product sales income to the company in accordance with the contract. The company sets up a project company in the project location, uses its own technology and funds to build a lithium hydroxide extraction production line for the first phase of 10000t/a salt lake brine, and accepts the commission of Guoneng Mining to produce and process lithium hydroxide products in accordance with this contract, and the follow-up depends on the operation of the project and the intention of both parties to build the second phase of 20000t/an and the third phase of 20000t/a lithium hydroxide production line. Lanxiao Technology can introduce related enterprises in the industrial chain to participate in the project.

Specifically, the construction period is to complete the construction of the 10000t/a lithium hydroxide production line before December 2023 from the effective date of the contract. The production line can be built continuously according to modules, and strive to produce and sell up to the standard products before October 2022, and strive to reach 1000 tons by the end of 2022. The entrusted processing period is 15 years from the date when the project reaches the production standard and the performance assessment of both sides is qualified. The total output of lithium hydroxide produced by the project is not less than 150000 tons. If the target of 150000 tons is not completed at the expiration of the entrusted processing period, the time limit shall be extended until the target is completed.

Guoneng Mining is rich in salt lake brine resources, including two salt lakes, Geze Chaka and Longmu Cuo in Ali Prefecture, Tibet, and its lithium reserves are among the best in Tibet. The main mineral components of the above two salt lakes are boron, lithium, sodium and potassium, of which the reserves of B2O3, KCl and LiCl are 3.31 million tons, 28.39 million tons and 4.476 million tons respectively.

Lanxiao Science and Technology said that this project is the company's salt lake lithium extraction technology to achieve a number of large-scale industrialization projects in Qinghai, adhering to the principle of "one lake, one strategy", the first industrialization breakthrough in Tibet. In order to implement the project of extracting lithium from salt lake brine in Tibet, it is necessary to take into account the feasibility of industrialization, economy and environmental friendliness. If implemented, the project is expected to become a large-scale demonstration project of lithium extraction from industrial salt lakes in Tibet, which is of great significance to the industrialization of lithium extraction from brine with high altitude, low magnesium-lithium ratio and high lithium content, and is conducive to the expansion of this technology to the same type of salt lakes. it has a positive impact on the development of the company's own resources and new energy business plate.
