SMM January 6: in the lithium power race track is becoming increasingly popular at the moment, not only the original industrial chain-related enterprises have increased one after another, and even many enterprises are ambitious to start the layout in the field of lithium power. Songdu shares, which belong to real estate enterprises, are undoubtedly the most eye-catching performance in recent days.

Following the announcement of joining the Li-ion racetrack at the beginning of the new year on January 4, Songdu shares have recorded "three consecutive boards" in a row. Even though Songdu shares issued a stock price change announcement last night, explaining that the company's main business is still real estate operation and sales, and currently does not have the personnel, technology, equipment, resources to develop the lithium industry, and has not signed the relevant investment agreement. But still can not annihilate the enthusiasm of investors, today Songdu shares once again straight up after the opening limit. Its share price closed at 3.61 yuan per share, up 33.21% from December 31, 2021.
January 4 news, Songdu shares announced that the company plans to invest 500 million yuan to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary Song du Lithium Industry, engaged in energy storage technical services, non-ferrous metal alloy manufacturing, metal material manufacturing, non-ferrous metal alloy sales and other business. But at the same time, the company also admitted that it does not have the relevant personnel, technology, resources and equipment reserves for the development of the lithium industry. Up to now, the company has not yet identified specific investment projects and has not yet signed relevant investment agreements. There is some uncertainty about the future business performance.
But even so, at a time when lithium prices are rising wildly, "rising with lithium" still seems to be a consensus in the industry. And the real estate industry, in addition to Songdu shares, Tibet City Investment is also a typical representative. Since the cross-border lithium mine in the real estate field, it has invested in the development of Lithium Carbonate reserves of the two salt lakes in Ali Longmu Co and Jiezecha, Tibet, totaling 3.9 million tons, ranking first in the world.
According to the historical price of SMM, the price of lithium carbonate in 2021 can be said to be the best performance, and its rising trend is still unabated. As of January 6, the spot price of domestic battery-grade lithium carbonate has risen to 29.2-300000 yuan / ton, with an average price of 296000 yuan / ton, an increase of 440.64% over the same period in 2021.

For its future trend, SMM believes that in 2022, Qinghai may open up supply, but the price of lithium carbonate may remain high. Trading volume is expected to increase in early January, lithium carbonate prices may rise significantly.
Driven by the accelerated rise of lithium salts and lithium prices led by lithium carbonate, the share prices of companies related to the lithium industry chain have also risen in 2021. Tibet City Investment, as a hot stock of lithium mines, is no exception. Today, stimulated by the violent rebound of the salt lake lithium plate, Tibet City Investment rose by the daily limit of 26.65 yuan per share, with the share price rising as much as 276.94% over the same period last year. On September 15, 2021, the share price of Tibet City Investment reached a peak of 37.70 yuan, with a maximum increase of 440.49% compared with that at the beginning of the year.
