The share price of the lithium anode leader's annual production expansion project of more than 300000 tons of anode materials rose by more than 286%. Last night, Fu an announced that in September 2021, Bertre signed a "cooperation agreement with Fu an Co., Ltd., which produces 100000 tons of lithium battery anode materials precursors and finished products production line per year" and established Sichuan Rui an New material Technology Co., Ltd. The two sides take the investment company as the main body to invest in the production line with an annual output of 100000 tons of lithium battery anode material precursors and finished products.

The two sides take the investment company as the main body to invest in the production line with an annual output of 100000 tons of lithium battery anode material precursors and finished products.

After negotiation, Fu an Holdings decided to transfer all its shares in the joint venture company to Liaoning Fu an heavy Industry Co., Ltd. The company and Fu an Holdings signed an equity transfer agreement, the transfer price is 1 yuan. And because Fu an Holdings has not yet contributed to the joint venture, Liaoning Fu an heavy Industry will undertake its investment obligations.

It is reported that Sichuan Rui an New material Technology Co., Ltd. has an annual output of 100000 tons of lithium battery anode material precursor and product line project, which is planned to be divided into two phases. The first phase of the project plans to invest 900 million yuan. Build a production line with an annual output of 50, 000 tons of lithium battery anode material precursors and finished products, with a total construction period of 12 months; The second phase of the project plans to increase the annual output of 50,000 tons of lithium battery anode material precursors and finished product lines, and the specific progress will be determined according to the market situation after the first phase is put into production.

It is worth mentioning that Liaoning Fusan heavy Industry's investment in lithium battery anode material precursors and finished product lines is proof that the company has entered a new field. For Bertre, who has already made a name for himself in the field of positive and negative materials for lithium batteries, this is far from the end.

According to incomplete statistics, after entering 2021, Bertre has expanded its layout of anode materials for lithium batteries for many times. On October 25, China's Baoan also announced that its subsidiary Bertre plans to set up a joint venture with Shanxi Jundong and others to build an "integrated production line project with an annual output of 70,000 tons of artificial graphite anode materials".

It is reported that the joint venture's project is also planned to be built in two phases. The first phase of the project has a total investment of 1.84 billion yuan to build an integrated production line with an annual output of 40, 000 tons of artificial graphite anode materials; the second phase of the project plans to add an integrated production line with an annual output of 30, 000 tons of artificial graphite anode materials

Tianjin Bertre New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, plans to invest about 762 million yuan to build a lithium anode material project with an annual output of 40, 000 tons, which is expected to be put into production in the first half of 2022, according to an announcement from Baoan, China on May 17.

As early as March 2, Bertre signed the Cooperation Agreement on the Integration Base Project of artificial Graphite anode Materials with Shandong Jingyang Science and Technology Co., Ltd. the two sides decided to jointly set up a joint venture to build an integrated base project for artificial graphite anode materials. It is reported that the overall planning of the project is an annual production line of 120000 tons of negative needle coke and an integrated production line of 80, 000 tons of artificial graphite anode materials. the project is planned to be built in two phases.

In addition, on January 6, Betteri also planned to acquire 100% stake in Sichuan Jinbei New Materials Co., Ltd for 0 yuan. According to the agreement, after the completion of the equity transfer, Beitri will invest in the construction of a "50,000 tons of high-end artificial graphite anode material project" through Sichuan Jinbei.

It is reported that the total investment of the project is expected to be 1.65 billion yuan. After the project is completed and put into production, it will form a production capacity of 50, 000 tons of high-end artificial graphite anode materials.

Through the above frequent layout, we can see that Bertre attaches great importance to the anode materials. On December 2, China's Baoan also revealed on the interactive platform that Beitri's existing negative electrode capacity reached 153000 tons per year.

It is reported that Betteri ranks first among domestic negative material companies, with a market share of 20% in 2020. Therefore, the company's business is also closely related to the future development of anode materials. Take artificial graphite (high-end) as an example, according to the spot price of SMM, its price will continue to rise in 2021. As of December 8, the average spot price of artificial graphite (high-end) was 76000 yuan / ton, close to the highest level since August 2020, up 8500 yuan / ton or 12.59% from the beginning of the year.

According to SMM's recent research, supply shortage and exuberant demand are still obvious characteristics of anode materials in the short term, and graphitization processing fees remain high, graphite supply remains tight, and affected by winter environmental protection, Winter Olympic Games, electricity price adjustment in some areas and other factors, graphite production capacity and shipments will still be insufficient in the short term.
