According to the agreement, Yiwei Lithium will invest 30.521 billion yuan in Jingmen by stages through its subsidiary registered in Luodao District, Jingmen City, to build an annual 152.61GWh lithium battery and system R & D and production base. Jingmen Municipal Government provides necessary support and assistance for the construction of Jingmen Power Energy Storage Battery Industry Park and the introduction of lithium-ion power storage battery industry.
It is understood that Yiwei Lithium Energy has completed an investment of 8.611 billion yuan to build an annual production capacity of 28.5GWh power storage battery, and 21.91 billion yuan under construction and new construction to build an annual production capacity of 124.11GWh power storage battery. At the same time, the company will also introduce the supporting industry of lithium-ion power storage battery in Qiandao District of Jingmen City to achieve a stable supply of raw materials.

Yiwei LiNeng said that this cooperation will help the two sides to give full play to their respective resources and advantages, expand the production capacity of power energy storage batteries, and at the same time introduce the supporting industry of lithium-ion power storage batteries to stabilize the supply of raw materials, which will further improve the company's diversified industrial layout, promote the development of the company in the lithium-ion power battery market, and enhance the company's influence and comprehensive competitiveness in the new energy industry. In line with the company's development strategic planning and the interests of all shareholders.

On August 2, Yiwei LiNeng announced that the company and Enjie (002812) signed a "joint venture agreement" and supplementary agreement, and the two sides intend to cooperate to set up a joint venture company in Jingmen High-tech Zone. The joint venture company will focus on the manufacture of lithium-ion battery separation membrane and coated film, with an annual production capacity of 1.6 billion square meters of wet base membrane and coated film that fully matches its production capacity, and gives priority to supply to the company and its subsidiaries. The total planned investment of the project is 5.2 billion yuan.
On July 22, Yiwei LiNeng also announced that Yiwei Power, a subsidiary of the company, plans to sign a "contract" with the management committee of Jingmen High-tech Zone. We have respectively invested in the construction of 3GWh cylindrical lithium iron phosphate battery production line and auxiliary facilities project, 0.7GWh cylindrical lithium phosphate battery production line and auxiliary facilities project, 3GWh square lithium phosphate battery production line and auxiliary facilities project, 4GWh ternary square lithium ion battery production line and auxiliary facilities project and 1.5GWhternary square lithium ion battery production line and process testing institute project in Jingmen High-tech Zone. The total investment in fixed assets of the investment project is about 2.45 billion yuan.
It is worth noting that, according to the news released by Jingmen High-tech Zone a few days ago, at present, 13 lithium battery-related enterprises and projects of all kinds are gathered in Qiandao Zone of Jingmen High-tech Zone.
