In August, Jinke shares and invested companies achieved sales of about 19.1 billion yuan, real estate sales area of about 1.8 million square meters.

It is understood that from January to August 2020, Jinke shares and invested companies achieved sales of about 123.9 billion yuan, real estate sales area of about 12.01 million square meters.

On the same day, Jinke shares announced that it had recently received a notice from the company's shareholders, Chongqing Jinke Investment Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd., and learned that Jinke Holdings and CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. had handled stock pledge repurchase business.

Accordingly, Jinke Holdings pledged 22.6 million Jinke shares, accounting for 2.98% of its shareholding and 0.42% of the company's total share capital.

The announcement shows that the starting date of this pledge is September 7, 2020, and the expiration date is September 7, 2021. The pledgee is Citic Securities, and the pledge is used for production and operation.

In addition, the cumulative number of pledged shares due in the next six months by the controlling shareholders of Jinke shares and their concerted actors is 243.7 million shares, accounting for 15.22% of their shares and 4.56% of the total share capital of the company, with a corresponding financing balance of 1.149 billion yuan.

The cumulative number of pledged shares due in the next year (including the above-mentioned six months) is 495.1943 million shares, accounting for 30.92% of the shares held, 9.27% of the total share capital of the company, and the corresponding financing balance is 2.029 billion yuan.
